Credits and enrichment

Credits power lead enrichment and AI personalization in Stamina. Every workspace includes 10,000 credits per month. Additional credits can be purchased at any time.

What credits are used for

Email enrichment

When Stamina searches for and verifies a prospect's email address, it charges one credit — but only when it successfully finds a verified address.

• Cost: 1 credit per verified email found

• Not charged: Prospects where no verified email is found

Example: You enrich 10,000 prospects. Stamina finds verified emails for 7,400 of them. You are charged 7,400 credits.

AI personalization

When Stamina generates a personalization signal for a lead — such as a funding summary, ICP match, job post reference, or case study — it charges one credit per lead.

Checking your balance

Your current credit balance is shown in the top-right corner of the platform. Click it to see a usage breakdown by type.

Buying additional credits

1. Click your credit balance in the top-right corner.

2. Click Buy Credits.

3. Select a credit pack and complete purchase.

Monthly reset

Credits reset on your billing cycle date each month. Unused credits do not roll over to the following month.
