Monitor Inbox health and Warmup

Last updated: July 12, 2026

Once your inbox is connected, Stamina automatically begins monitoring its health and warmup activity. These metrics help you understand whether your inbox is ready for campaign sending and whether everything is functioning as expected.

You can review an inbox at any time without interrupting your campaigns.

Open your inbox details

  1. Go to Deliverability.

  2. Click the inbox you want to review.

  3. Use the panel on the right to switch between:

    • Settings

    • Warmup

    • Campaign

The inbox side panel provides access to sender settings, warmup information, and campaign details.

Understanding the Warmup tab

Select the Warmup tab to view the current status of your inbox and monitor its progress over time.

The Warmup tab displays your inbox status, DNS information, and warmup activity.

Warmup status

The Warmup status tells you whether Stamina is actively warming your inbox.

When the status shows Active, your inbox is connected correctly and Stamina is automatically sending and receiving warmup emails according to schedule.

This means the warmup system is operating normally and no action is required.

Good to know

If an inbox is newly connected, warmup statistics may take some time to appear. This is expected while the system begins exchanging warmup emails.

DNS status

The DNS status shows whether your email authentication records have been detected.

Proper DNS authentication helps establish sender reputation and improves email deliverability.

If the status displays Unknown, Stamina has not yet confirmed your DNS records. This commonly happens immediately after connecting a new inbox or while DNS changes are still propagating.

Warmup started

This field shows when warmup began for the selected inbox.

New inboxes may not display a date until the first warmup cycle has started.

Warmup emails sent

This counter shows the total number of warmup emails exchanged for the inbox since warmup began.

Only warmup traffic is counted here. Campaign emails are tracked separately.

Today's warmup emails

Displays how many warmup emails have been exchanged during the current day.

As warmup continues, this number updates automatically.

Warmup volume

The Warmup volume chart displays historical warmup activity for the inbox.

For recently connected inboxes, the chart will remain empty until enough activity has been collected.

Once warmup is underway, you'll begin seeing statistics here.

Warmup Takes 14-16 days before you start sending Campaigns

Understanding the inbox list

The Deliverability page also provides several columns that help you quickly assess the health of every connected inbox.

Choose which columns are visible from the Columns menu.

Warmup status

Shows whether warmup is currently active for each inbox.

Health score

Displays an overall indicator of inbox health.

Health scores become available after Stamina has collected enough activity from the connected inbox. Newly connected inboxes may temporarily display – while data is being gathered.

Emails sent

Shows how many campaign emails have been sent from that inbox today.

For healthy sending patterns, we recommend keeping each inbox between 15 and 25 campaign emails per day, especially while building sender reputation.

Warmup emails

Shows the number of warmup emails exchanged by the inbox.

Warmup days

Displays how many days the inbox has been participating in warmup.

Inbox placement

Shows inbox placement information once sufficient sending data is available.
