Credits and enrichment

Credits are used whenever Stamina enriches prospect data or performs AI-powered actions. Understanding how credits work helps you manage your monthly usage and plan enrichment workflows efficiently. Each workspace receives 10,000 credits per month.

Email enrichment

When Stamina successfully finds and verifies a prospect's work email address, 1 credit is consumed.

If a verified email address cannot be found, no credit is used for that prospect.

This allows you to enrich prospect lists without spending credits on unsuccessful lookups.

AI enrichment

Open a personalization list and click Actions to access the Enrichment tab.

From here, you can enrich your leads with additional information, including:

• Personal profile

• Role & tenure

• Mobile

• Work email

• Location

• Company

Unlike email enrichment, AI enrichment does not use a fixed credit cost. The number of credits required depends on the enrichment agent used for each action.

Before enrichment begins, Stamina displays the applicable credit usage.

AI Signals

The Signals tab lets you enrich leads with buying signals and recent company activity.

Current signals include:

• Funding

• Job Post

• Tech Change

• News Event

Signal enrichment may consume credits depending on the selected enrichment.

AI Prompts

The Use AI tab lets you generate new information using AI.

You can use it to:

• Generate custom columns

• Combine existing fields

• Perform deep web research

• Create summaries

• Generate personalized content

• Transform existing data

Before generating content, select the AI model and reasoning effort that best fits your task.

Monitoring your credits

Your current credit usage is displayed in the top-right corner of the application.

To purchase additional credits, click Buy Credits.

Monitoring your remaining credits regularly helps prevent interruptions during large enrichment or personalization jobs.
