DNS setup for Google Workspace domains

SPF, DKIM, and DMARC configuration for your outreach domains is handled entirely by Stamina's team — you don't need to touch your DNS settings.

What Stamina configures for you

When you place a DFY (Done-For-You) setup order, Stamina's team:

• Adds the correct SPF record to authorize Google's mail servers for your outreach domains

• Generates a DKIM key in Google Admin Console, publishes the public key in DNS, and enables DKIM authentication

• Adds a DMARC record to define how receiving servers handle unauthenticated emails and to enable reporting

Timeline

DNS records are configured within 24–72 hours of your DFY order being placed. Propagation can take up to 48 hours after records are added, so authentication typically passes fully within the same window.

Verifying your records

Once setup is complete, your GTM strategist will confirm that all three records are live and passing. You can also verify at any time using:
