Email forwarding setup

Email forwarding ensures that any emails sent directly to your outreach domains (e.g. trystamina.io) are automatically redirected to your primary brand inbox. Stamina sets this up for you as part of the domain provisioning process — you provide your primary domain during onboarding and the forwarding rules are configured when your domains are purchased.

How it works

When Stamina purchases your outreach domains via Namecheap, a wildcard forwarding rule is created on each domain:

  • Any email sent to *@outreachdomain.com is forwarded to your primary inbox (e.g. you@yourbrand.com)

  • This catches all addresses on the outreach domain — not just specific inboxes

  • Forwarding runs passively in the background and does not affect campaign sending or Unibox

What you need to provide

During DFY setup, your GTM strategist will ask for your primary domain — the inbox where forwarded emails should land. This is typically your main business email address (e.g. you@yourbrand.com).

If forwarding needs to be updated

If your primary inbox changes after setup, contact your GTM strategist via in-app chat or your shared Slack channel. Do not modify forwarding rules in Namecheap directly without checking first, as changes can affect how replies and bounces are routed.
