Searching for Leads or Campaigns by Email Address

Stamina's search lets you quickly locate a specific lead, conversation, or campaign without scrolling through lists. Use it when you need to pull up a specific contact, find all activity for a company, or locate a campaign by name.

Searching for a lead

  1. Go to the Leads tab in the left navigation.

  2. Use the search bar at the top of the leads table.

  3. Search by email address, first name, last name, or company name.

  4. Results update in real time as you type.

  5. Click a lead to open their detail panel and see their full activity — campaign, status, conversation history.

Searching within Unibox

  1. Open Unibox.

  2. Use the search bar to find a conversation by lead name, email address, or company.

  3. Click the result to open the conversation directly.

Finding a campaign

  1. Go to Campaigns.

  2. Use the search bar above the campaign list to filter by campaign name.

  3. You can also filter campaigns by status (Active, Paused, Draft, Completed) using the status tabs.

Use descriptive campaign names when creating campaigns — for example, "US Founders – SaaS – Funding Q2 2026" rather than "Campaign 3". This makes search results immediately useful when you're managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
