Viewing and exporting leads

Last updated: May 4, 2026

The Leads tab gives you a unified view of every lead across all your campaigns in one place. From here you can search, filter, and export leads as a CSV — useful for uploading into a CRM, sharing with your team, or building new lists.

Viewing your leads

  1. Click Leads in the left navigation.

  2. All leads across every campaign appear in a single table, showing name, email, company, status, and which campaign they belong to.

  3. Use the search bar to find a specific lead by name, email, or company.

  4. Use the filters to narrow the view by campaign, status, or date range.

Exporting leads as CSV

  1. In the Leads tab, apply any filters to narrow down to the leads you want to export — or leave unfiltered to export all leads.

  2. Click Export in the top right.

  3. The CSV downloads to your computer immediately.

What the CSV includes

  • First name, last name

  • Email address

  • Company name and domain

  • Lead status

  • Campaign name

  • Date added and date of last activity

Common uses

  • CRM upload — Import leads who have replied positively into HubSpot, Salesforce, or any other CRM

  • Handoff to sales — Export Interested and Meeting Booked leads to share with your closing team

  • List cleaning — Export bounced or unsubscribed leads to suppress them in external tools

  • Reporting — Pull a snapshot of all leads and their statuses for pipeline reporting

To export only a specific subset — for example, all Interested leads from a particular campaign — apply the relevant filters before clicking Export. The CSV will only include leads matching your active filters.
