Updating lead status'

Lead statuses are updated automatically by Stamina's AI as replies come in — the AI reads each response and assigns the appropriate status based on the lead's intent. You can also update status manually at any time if you need to override or correct it.

How AI status updates work

Every time a lead replies, Stamina's AI analyzes the message and updates their status accordingly — for example, marking a lead as Interested when they respond positively, or Not Interested when they decline. This happens automatically in the background so your pipeline stays accurate without manual intervention.

Updating status manually

If you need to override the AI's status assignment or update a lead's status yourself:

1. Open the lead's conversation in Unibox.

2. Click the status badge at the top of the conversation.

3. Select the correct status from the dropdown.

Available statuses

• Active — Currently in a sequence and receiving emails

• Interested — Replied positively, not yet booked

• Meeting Booked — Agreed to or scheduled a meeting

• Not Interested — Declined or opted out

• Out of Office — Auto-detected OOO reply

• Bounced — Email address was permanently undeliverable

• Unsubscribed — Clicked the unsubscribe link
