Unibox overview

Unibox is Stamina's unified reply inbox. Every response from every lead, across every connected sending account, appears in a single view. You manage the full conversation — reply, update status, add labels, set reminders — without leaving the platform or switching between email accounts.

What Unibox shows you

• All lead replies across all sending accounts and campaigns

• Conversation thread with full history (original outreach + all replies)

• Lead status, labels, and campaign name for each conversation

• Timestamps and read/unread state

Filtering and navigation

Use the left sidebar to filter conversations:

• All — Every conversation across all campaigns and accounts

• By campaign — Conversations from a specific campaign

• By status — Filter by lead status (Interested, Not Interested, Meeting Booked, etc.)

• By label — Filter by custom labels you've created

• Reminders — Conversations with upcoming reminders

What you can do in Unibox

• Reply to leads directly (sends from the original sending account)

• Update lead status

• Add or remove labels

• Set reminders for follow-ups

• Attach files to replies

• Remove a lead from their campaign
