Replying and managing conversations

Reply to leads directly from Unibox. All replies are sent from the original sending account used to contact that lead — the experience is seamless from the lead's perspective.
Reply notifications
Every time a lead replies, Stamina sends you a notification via email and Slack. This keeps your team on top of new responses in real time — without needing to have Unibox open.
Speed to lead matters. Research consistently shows that responding within the first hour of a reply dramatically increases the likelihood of conversion. Notifications are designed to eliminate the gap between a lead replying and your team seeing it.
How to reply
Open Unibox from the left navigation — or click the link directly from the Slack or email notification.
Click the conversation to open it.
Click Reply at the bottom of the conversation thread.
Write your message. You can format text, add links, and attach files.
Click Send.
What happens after you reply
The reply is sent from the original sending account. The lead's inbox shows it as coming from that address, keeping the conversation in context. The thread in Unibox updates immediately with your sent reply.
Best practices
Reply within the hour — Use Slack and email notifications to respond as quickly as possible. The faster you reply, the higher your odds of converting the lead into a meeting.
Update status immediately — Set the lead's status as soon as you understand their intent. This keeps your pipeline accurate and ensures no leads fall through the cracks.
Keep replies concise — Leads who responded to a cold email don't need a long message. Get to the point and drive toward the next action.
Set a reminder if waiting on a response — If you replied and haven't heard back, set a Unibox reminder to follow up at the right time rather than relying on memory.
