Outreach and personalization

Last updated: May 4, 2026

Outreach is where you configure how Stamina personalizes your emails. You choose one personalization signal per campaign, and Stamina enriches your leads — generating both a signal-specific variable and a fully written {{email_sequence}} for each prospect.

Setting up outreach

  1. Open your campaign and click the Outreach tab.
  2. Select a personalization signal (see options below).
  3. Enter the number of leads to enrich.
  4. Add 2–3 sign-off options and 3–6 CTA variations.
  5. Click Confirm & Proceed. Enrichment runs automatically — you'll be notified when it's complete.

Personalization signals

Each signal generates a different type of personalized variable. Choose the one most relevant to your ICP and campaign goal.

Funding ({{funding}})

References the prospect's most recent funding round. Works best when targeting recently funded companies where the funding is a clear buying trigger.

ICP fit ({{icp}})

Matches the prospect's company profile to your ICP and highlights why they're a strong fit. A reliable all-purpose signal that works across most audiences.

Job post ({{job_post}})

References an active job posting at the company, using it as a signal of need. Highly effective for timing relevance.

Case study ({{case_study}})

Connects the prospect to a relevant customer win in their vertical. Most effective when you have strong social proof with companies the prospect would recognize.

Using personalization in your sequence

Once enrichment completes, these variables are available in the Sequences editor:

  • {{email_sequence}} — A fully written personalized first email generated by Stamina.
  • {{funding}}, {{icp}}, {{job_post}}, {{case_study}} — Individual signal snippets you can embed within your own copy.

Run one signal per campaign. Testing multiple signals is best done across separate campaigns so you can attribute performance differences cleanly.
