Adding leads

For Existing Leads campaigns, add contacts via CSV upload or by entering them manually. This step replaces the Targeting and Outreach steps used in Cold Outreach campaigns.

Upload via CSV

  1. Open your campaign and go to the Leads tab.

  2. Click Upload CSV.

  3. Select your file. The only required column is email. Recommended optional columns:

    • firstName, lastName

    • companyName

    • domain — needed for AI personalization on Existing Leads campaigns

  4. Map your CSV columns to Stamina's fields using the column mapper.

  5. Click Import.

Including a domain column unlocks AI personalization for Existing Leads campaigns. Without it, personalization variables like {{icp}} and {{funding}} won't generate for those leads.

Checking for duplicates

Stamina automatically deduplicates leads on import — if an email address already exists in the campaign, the import skips it. You'll see a summary of imported vs. skipped leads after each upload.
